Literally one of things I immediately buy and eat a ton of every time I’m back in Beijing 🤤 Naipizi (奶皮子酸奶) or milk skin yogurt is a traditional Beijing delicacy dating back centuries that features a thick milk skin on top with a creamy bottom reminiscent of basque cheesecake. These yogurts are quite different than what we consider yogurt in the US but personally I like them so much more! 📍 If you’re visiting, the most famous spot to try this is ZiGuangYuan 紫光园.
