I think we all process life in different ways, but a lot of times when there is a situation I can’t change (eg in a work setting like an annoying boss or a certain task that has to be done on the regular but I don’t like it). I avoid lamenting and going over and over it. Unless a solution can be found- I move on and deal with the situation. #wordstoliveby
