They are perfectly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and parsley and are fantastic in pastas, on pizzas, in omelets, and in this case, toast. These mushrooms taste fantastic paired with these 3 cheeses; it’s honestly the perfect marriage of flavors and textures. Tag a mushroom lover! RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTS✅ 1/4 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese 2 tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, Garlic, and Parmesan Cream Cheese Spread 1 large slice Sourdough Bread 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup frozen Mushroom Medley Chives, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS✅ Preheat oven to 400F. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with cream cheese. Evenly spread over bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Meanwhile, prepare mushrooms according to package directions.
