Man, I’m speechless right now. This guy is like a son to me. I told Dookie as a 10th grader if you really want to play in the NFL you will. It sounded crazy to everyone around me and even himself at that time. He stated trusting the process, putting in the extra work, and most importantly always believed in God and himself. I would tell these guys all the time “when they doubt you prove them wrong” it stuck with them because they still echo those sentiments to me till this day. I started Team Makasi in 2015 and Dookie was one of my first 5 boys I started with. To see him go from someone people doubted to a NFL player is indescribable. I am so excited for him and his family. I told him right now still keep that sane chip on his shoulder and go prove everyone wrong. One of the happiest days for me as a mentor. God is great!!️ #TeamMakasi
