WINTER BLUES ❄️ Created by @thekitchenmccabe LAYER ONE: ・1⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Gin ・1⁄2 oz Cold Water ・1⁄4 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower Powder ・2 tsp Lavender Syrup ・1 tbsp Cream METHOD: Add ingredients to a shaker with a handful of ice and shake well. Pour into an ice-packed cocktail glass or tumbler. LAYER TWO: ・1⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Gin ・1⁄4 oz Limoncello ・1⁄4 oz Elderflower Liqueur ・1 tbsp Ginger Liqueur METHOD: In a clean shaker with ice, shake well and layer in the same cocktail glass.
