Glute building tips🍑🫶🏻 - prioritize compound movements - Progressive overload(whether that be with weight, reps, sets, TUT) - Hypertrophy is most optimal for muscle growth (3-5 exercises per workout, 3-5 sets, 8-12 reps, 2-3 mins for rest time) - High protein diet! (I try & get in my body weight in protein) - Creatine is a highly studied supplement to help with gains(I sadly stopped taking it as it makes my skin breakout but know LOTS of girlies who take it & love it! Def see how it works with you) not necessary for gains but can help - Train legs 2-3X a week(I currently do 2) - Rest (muscle growth happens during rest & recovery so make sure you give your body ample time so it can repair) - Stay consistent & be patient! Muscle growth doesn’t happen overnight💓
