We’ve all heard the whole “winter arc” thing or the “finish the year SO strong” hype and like… yes, love that for us. But also you guyssss?? This time of year my motivation dips every. single. year. 😭 JUST BEING HONESTTT And that’s exactly why sticking to your routine as best as you can matters even more. Your best right now might be 70–75% instead of 95%… and GUESS WHATTT, that STILL counts. This is your reminder that showing up doesn’t have to be perfect. Get your movement in. Lift a little. Walk a little. Even if the workout isn’t giving MUSCLE MOMMY, HITTING PRs energy, it’s still keeping you in the game. Amen The holidays are meant to be slower. Cozy. A little recharging. Maybe a lot stressful 😂 Our priorities shift and that’s normal. But slowing down does NOT MEAN giving up on yourself. Sometimes it just means adjusting your expectations, not throwing your habits you’ve worked so hard to establish out the window. Hold yourself with grace, but also hold yourself accountable. The “I don’t feel like it” days? Those are the days where 20 - 30 minutes can change your whole mood. Show up in whatever version of you is available today. She’s still got it. We still got it Pookies!! 🤍✨
