Witching hour 🌙⁠ ⁠ @catesarci, is a Milliner and Fashion designer currently studying at Central Saint Martins, Womenswear. ⁠ ⁠ For this look her inspiration came from the tales of the Janare, a group of witches from Benevento, Italy. Janare are said to come out only at night and steal mares to ride until morning. She imagined the return of the Janare, wearing the symbolic element of the saddle and plants thorns on the legs. ⁠ ⁠ For her creative practice she likes to relate symbolic elements that come from stories and spiritual practices, using history of art as a common thread. Everything results in three-dimensional and sculptural constructions, with the intention of having surreal looks.
