We need to say a big thank you to @kcrw and @monaeats for a lovely interview last week. It brought such great attention our way and we couldn’t feel more honored to be recognized for trying to do things differently and hopefully better! I wanted to send follow up thanks to @kstabiner and @eater_la for the long format article that really exposed more details about our business model and really brought this conversation to the forefront. We love to talk about the fish, but for @leenaculhane and I the product we use is a vehicle to try to come up with a sustainable business model. I hope this inspires others to step outside of the ring and think outside of the box. But the biggest thank you of all goes to our team! I have literally never seen a more talented group, pound for pound, ever assembled. These professionals have experienced a crazy increase in volume over the last month on what was an already busy summer. I could not be more proud of or impressed by their creativity, fortitude, resourcefulness, and hard work. They have had a crazy week while I have been in NYC with Fridge failures, electrical issues, and family needs. I am so grateful for those of you that really stepped up to take charge.
