Exactly one month ago today, the 2022 Black Women’s Film Conference took place at the historic Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture and Harlem’s AMC Magic Johnson Theatre. Through words of encouragement, word-of-mouth, social media sharing, and contributions from 200+ individuals, we surpassed our fundraising goal - raising over $41K to support the event.
