Ok be honest....how many sound like you??👇🏼 There’s no shame in saying 1,2,3 or all of them. I’ve been there before as have most of my clients. We’re told that in order to be healthy, we have to eliminate and avoid certain foods at all costs. This not only makes those foods more tempting but makes us feel guilty when we eat them. The labels / lack of access / exposure to certain foods is what makes them feel addictive. We’re told we “ruined our day” or have to “burn off” foods like this. Nope. False 🙅🏽‍♀️ It is possible to get to a place where you see a food like this as morally neutral and you CAN keep them in your house to enjoy when you’d like.
