Last weekend, all the gang from @bratrestaurant headed out to @flourishproduce in Cambridgeshire, a farm that supplies vegetables to @super8restaurants for an autumn feast out there in the fields. Calixta, in the picture with @tomos_pp set up the farm in 2017 with Bill and Ben, a couple of ‘big bummed’ Comtois horses and the three of them ploughed the first furrow and planted the first vegetables and flowers, their mission: to build a farm that is biodiverse, resilient and productive.
