finally coming up for air after what turned out to be a beautifully chaotic week 🥹 I can’t really put into words what this meant to take home this award. all I can say is sometimes, when shit can feel pretty impossible, music has always been my way out. a way to communicate with myself as well as others. and i am unbelievably proud of myself. it’s been a long year and a tough one trying to finish this second album. but I am coming back and I have so much more to share thank you to @moboawards for this honour. and thank you to all of the artists inside this room and out that inspire me on a daily basis. a room full of excellence. and to the village that grew me. i love you. thank you for believing in me when not many others did. ❤️
