Over a decade ago @gilltownend1 gave me a book called Tender by @nigelslater which combines my twin passions of gardening and cooking. I still treat it like the bible and today enjoyed this apple and custard tart, along with some cheeky hand stretched pizza. #homegrown #oonipizzaoven
