The silly little things we do...might no be so silly after all. Sometimes they’re really saving us. I want to open up more about my struggles with mental health. But I don’t always have the words for it. Maybe some of you can relate. And while a ridiculous layering routine isn’t therapy...and isn’t a magic pill...it does help me. Scent is so intertwined with mood for me. When I’m not feeling my greatest lighting a candle...rubbing a bath...spraying my favorite perfume all can bring me out of a negative moment. Even for a little.
