• 3 x amrap (can be assisted pull ups also for 10-12reps)
1. Bent over row
• warm up set - 15reps
• 3 x till failure (heavy enough to not be able go past 10reps)
3. Seated high row (drop set)
• 4 x 8, 10, 15
4. Lat pull down (drop set)
3 x 8, 10
5. DB bicep curl (drop set)
• 4 x 10, 12 (drop down by 5lbs)
6. One arm bicep curl w/ eccentric hold on opposite arm
• 3 x 10 (perform each arm = 1set done)
