👼🏽 Given that yesterday was Mother’s Day & My Birthday (I actually wanted to post this yesterday...well actually I intended on posting this months ago but here we are lol) I thought what better time then now to announce the amazing life changing event that @j_lovelis and I shared. On December 2, 2021 our baby girl Gia was born. Yes! I had a baby, worked through my pregnancy and after and am barely posting about it. There’s so much I want to share about the journey it’s been so far and how amazing it is to have created a lil baby for our family with my partner, but for now I really wanted to share my thanks to my amazing family and friends who helped me celebrate my and Jonathan’s baby. Gia decided to come early and it happened to be 2 DAYS BEFORE my baby shower and one week BEFORE my maternity photoshoot 😅😭 I was soooo sad about that since it was my first baby I really wanted to have my memories the way I had imagined them, but as we all know that’s not always how life works and let me tell you that was hard for me to accept. We had just moved into a new house, we’re no where near settled in yet and I end up having to have a last second C-section causing Jonathan to have to rush to me from work which was 2 hours away that day thankfully he made it in time! Because of all the unexpected I had decided I still wanted to have my baby shower even tho I knew I wouldn’t be there or so I thought. 😅 I end up getting released the day of the shower (yes 2 days later) and end up being able to go to my baby shower 😅. So while @j_lovelis and I were busy having a baby, my amazing best friend @danieldanielson put together the most amazing decor, a photobooth, got my house in order and wrangled up a team of my other amazing friends to make this happen for us Exactly the way I wanted it. There are just no words for the love and appreciation I have for you Daniel, you are the reason we were able to have the celebration that I had imagined and that means so much to me.
