I was playing The Mastermind and decided to spare this Leon. Leon had convinced me to not kill Kate so I didn’t kill those two. In the endgame collapse they wanted me to hook Kate once more for us to earn points but I had completely forgotten that I was running BloodWarden. So when I had hooked Kate the timer was already too late and they were killed by the Entity.
