🌽CREAMY CORN AND GREEN CHILE DIP🌽 It’s CORN! OK this dip I made for last week’s Football Sunday party was a real hit. Perfectly creamy and cheesy with some lovely flavor and texture from the corn and green chiles (which you could swap out for jalapeños if you like spicy🔥). But what really made this special was those Trader Joe’s crispy jalapeño pieces sprinkled on top. Just adds that little bit of heat, and a nice little crunch! RECIPE⬇️⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTS✅ 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 cup sour cream Two 4-oz cans green chiles Two 15-oz cans corn, drained well 1 cup Quattro formaggio cheese 1 cup shredded unexpected cheddar cheese Chopped scallions, for topping Crispy jalapeño pieces, for topping Dippers: Umami Tortilla Chips, Elote Corn Chips INSTRUCTIONS✅ Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Fold in green chliles, drained corn, Quattro formaggio cheese, and 1/2 cup unexpected cheddar. Mix well. Spread evenly into 8X8 or 11X7 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup unexpected cheddar. Bake for 25 minutes. If desired, broil for 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned.
