I don’t have many words besides “fuck” in my vocabulary lately when it comes to how I feel about the state of our nation/world and to ring in a patriotic holiday in the belly of the beast aka Texas was a THING but I’ll say this- to hear Allison, @itschauntee and @moniqueladora (@sistastrings) start our set in front of thousands in a stadium w/ #lifteveryvoice was SO POWERFUL and important (yes I wept). I am so grateful to be right here right now with these people.
