HI 👋 I’m Grace, I’ve recently been doing some EDI work with @aimee_massey_ + marketing work for Grace Hair + Beauty with @lunaandlionagency + I was asked why I do what I do... I started hairdressing at 13 as a Saturday job and knew from them on that it was what I wanted to do. You’re doing something that makes people feel good about themselves and I instantly fell in love with being part of that transformation. I opened Grace Hair + Beauty in 2019 so I could deliver this experience to more clients + connect with more beauty professionals. my vision was to bring together a group of experts to deliver high quality treatments that welcomed everyone, and I’m so proud to see how that’s come to life. Alongside building a fantastic team it’s really important to me to make every client feel special. I also love volunteering at @stonepillowcharity via @haircuts4homelessuk, offering haircuts to their clients. I always get told how good it makes them feel and I’m so grateful to be part of that experience. I support multiple local charities and am always looking for ways to contribute to our community. I’m now focused on continuing to offer the best possible service. To train hairdressers in all hair textures and help them reach their potential. To be fully inclusive and for any person passing our salon to feel represented. To continue being eco friendly and to support the local community. MY PLEDGE TO YOU At Grace Hair + Beauty we are dedicated to making sure that everyone feels welcome in our salon. We are always striving to do more and be better, whilst continuing to provide a high quality service to all. We have been on a journey of understanding to better help our customers feel catered for in our spaces. As an initial step on this journey we trained in afro and curly hair, learning how to cut, style, twist and braid. We will not discriminate based on hair type and we will always be honest with you about the service we can provide.
