Hi 👋🏽 we’re Emily, Lisa, & Julie: the hosts of @buenavidaretreat! The three of us created this retreat with the intention of bringing like-minded women together to form community and unwind through a week of yoga and surf. We crafted a week of wellness full of all the things that bring us bliss: including group paddle-outs at sunrise, soul-warming home cooked meals, on-site massages, sunset horseback rides, a wide variety of yoga classes, henna, cupping, sound baths, fire dancing, tarot cards, tequila, and even twerking. This retreat was created for women, by women, designed to unlock our true feminine energy. Every year, our retreat falls on International Women’s Day, and everyone we employ on the retreat is female, including our chef, masseuses, and photographer.
