It's a matte, bullet lipstick that definitely doesn't feel dry and is long-lasting. I also love how this lipstick doesn't bleed into my lip lines. It's so beautiful and I'm going to keep this one in my purse. This just might become my favorite lipstick (and I own a lot of lipsticks.)
