Blackened salmon tacos on the griddle by @blackdog_bbq. Crisp edges, honey dijon glaze, and built for summer. Get the recipe below. Ingredients: 1–2 lbs. salmon, skin-on Salt & pepper (or your favorite seasoning), plus more salt to taste Avocado oil 1⁄4 cup honey 4 tbsp butter, melted 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 11⁄2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp white vinegar For the Honey Dijon Glaze: Combine the honey, butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, and vinegar. Season with salt to taste and set aside. For the Salmon: 1. Preheat the grill to 400–500°F. Pat salmon dry and season generously. Brush or spray with avocado oil. 2. Clean and oil the griddle. Place salmon skin-side up and cook ~5 minutes until browned. Flip and cook to 145°F internal temp. To Finish: Brush on glaze. Serve as-is or return to the grill for 1–2 minutes to set the glaze.
