What a joy this was to collaborate with epic humans in their absolute genius. I remember talking with @sophievsaba about what was required for a mother blessing... A mandala was to be the focal point. I thought to myself... how can we make this different to all the mandalas you typically see? Bouncing ideas off Graham @tweedtwigs we fell into a creative rabbit hole and coming up with this I felt so excited! There’s true significance in this mandala... I made it my aim to make sure this installation was modern, a little abstract but still organic and earthy. The weaves and swirls represent so much... journey, connection, umbilical cord and earth. I truly hope that all the women at this beautiful event could see this emulated through each element.
