Thrilled that the Spacesuit I created in collaboration with @viktoriamodesta and @dressx was exhibited at this past @yurisnightla at the Los Angeles Science Center in a Portal. Featuring menstruation product pockets and expressive feminine designs at the highest level of innovation— this was no small feat. When I started getting into virtual fashion back at RISD,I had no clear sense of a reward. Yet, a couple years later, surrounded by Nasa astronauts and scientists, this research was presented and celebrated. Our place in the galaxy remains a humbling, open ended, exciting question mark. I don’t know everything about the future— but I know it is bright, bold and feminine and the incredible women on my team will be shaping it. A huge team effort went into this so major shout out to @ninocence for creating the VM avatar, @protohologram for creating this hologram with me over some late nights and my studio assistants— @edouardsuzeau @marcustdesign @chloenmario @sarah.stouta . This is really a sneak peak of a much bigger project so wait to see whats coming next and what happens to this in ZERO G.
