Aside from the running, if I had to choose the two things that ate up the most time/mental capacity in my first HYROX Women’s Pro race, it would be wall balls and burpee broad jumps. They felt almost impossible 🫠 So this year, I trained differently because I want to perform differently I’m excited to see how the training has paid off physically, but even more curious about how my mentality through it all has changed And if you’re reading this, maybe let this be your reminder too: 🔥 Train action, not avoidance 💛 Practice doing instead of overthinking 👉🏻 Move toward the thing you don’t want to do Because what you avoid usually holds the breakthrough Physical performance can be such a powerful mirror and learning tool for the inner work we tend to put off On the other side of resistance, there’s something pretty magical waiting for you 🫶🏻 Good luck to all those competing this weekend! Let’s get it 👊🏻 Line up 👀: Mixed Doubles in Anaheim — tomorrow Women’s Pro (Solo) in Vegas — 2/22 #hyrox #training #motivation #strength #movement
