Don’t underestimate the power of planning and dreaming together! This date / meeting was so enjoyable and we both walked away from it feeling energized and ready to be a team. We wrote out all our answers so that we can reference it throughout the year and also celebrate as we check off goals we accomplish. It’s so easy to get into zombie mode and go through the motions of life without intentionality and this year we wanted to get on the same page because we have some really incredible goals we are trying to accomplish together! Be sure to add some fun goals, this isn’t supposed to be all business, in fact a huge reason why we wanted to have this meeting was so that we made sure to schedule more rest and fun into this coming year.
