10 years. Our company has been around for 10 years. And I’ve learned a lot, but the one true thing I’ve learned again and again is this. The value of the long term goals over the short term gain. Set your long term goals. Decide what you want and you will figure out how to get there. Every day work in pursuit of those goals. And your long term goals have to be more valuable than your immediate rewards. Because the struggle is real and there are easy outs offered every day. And you’ve got to decide if the short term reward, taking what you want right now is worth giving up what you really want in the long run. And the temptation to give up is so prevalent, so bright and so easy. And 10 years in, we celebrate, but we work. We cheers our Anniversary but we never leave it to chance. We work in pursuit of the long term goal. And what we want is a company, a sustainable values based company that we are proud of and one that we believe in.
