Add one puff pastry dough sheet to a parchment paper lined baking sheet 4. Score pastry sheet with a fork 5. Layer toppings of choice I used caramelized onions*, gruyere, figs, and prosciutto 6. Bake for 10-15 minutes 7. Top with arugula tossed in lemon and balsamic and enjoy! *to make caramelized onions: thinly slice one large red onion and add to a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
