Full body workout today! 💪🏼 I’m not a trainer, which is why I don’t list out everything I do in my posts. My goal with these posts is just to share my own fitness journey. Right now I’m working to build consistency again — I aim for 3-4 workouts a week right now. But I’ve been following the same program for the past three weeks or so, and I’m making progress! Moving more weight and my stamina is coming back!
