& 312💛 . . . . Nine months ago, I got a sudden text message from a girl I barely knew to get lunch. Five months ago, the sudden increase of COVID cases led to me staying a week at a friends apartment. And that suddenly led to binge watching Love Is Blind every night, it led to suddenly impulsively buying La Colombe. I couldn’t have guessed the sudden urge to visit the Netherlands. The sudden switch in me to start watching movies; or maybe it was the commentary from a friend. I never knew I would suddenly love tulips, or suddenly crave little pig-shaped candy. And maybe none of these things happened suddenly. And like a colorful bouquet maybe we all are individual flowers that came together as one. And I’ll be just grateful for how I suddenly fell into step with you three. Jana, in a life where everything feels fast paced, you made life slow down. Claire, I have always known beauty rested in the simple things but you taught me how to see it. Daniela, words don’t do you justice and so in the meantime I’ll thank God for you daily.
