Masala potatoes 🥔🌶️ Ate these for breakfast this week for healthy carbs in the morning 😤 Ingredients: Dry Spices: Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds (optional) - 1 tsp Dried red chillies (optional); 2-3 Chana daal - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Pepper to taste Other ingredients: Boiled and peeled potatoes - 2 Green chillies - 1-2 (optional) Curry leaves - 8-9 Shallots - 1 Garlic - 2-3 cloves Ghee - 1 tbsp Steps: 1. Heat your pan to medium low, add ghee, wait 30 seconds, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, Chana daal. Wait for the mustard seeds to start popping 2. Add curry leaves and cover (it’s going to splatter) for 30 seconds or until splattering chills a bit 3. add garlic, shallot, and green chillies and let that do its thing for about 5 mins 4. Add boiled potatoes and cook for about 2-3 mins until flavors gets intimate 5. Add turmeric and salt and pepper to taste
