Suuch a simple leg circuit, if you’re limited on equipment or on holiday and want a quick leg pump!
A Goblet squat 8-12 reps
B Single leg Romanian deadlift 8-12 reps each leg
C Bulgarian split squat 8-12 reps each leg
D Glute bridge 8-12 reps
Repeat 4 x with a rest in between each round.
