I love pairing a sweet & a savory with fish like ahi tuna. Good nutrition is not boring, you just havenโt met the right pairing babe.๐
Regarding order, I ate a piece of avocado first, then a piece or two of tuna BEFORE even touching the fruit. This will help to blunt a glucose spike and maintain my blood sugar, keeping me satiated.
