This one’s really special🥹 Not just because I’m moving… but because of everything we’ve built together in this city. If you were there at my first CorePower class… my first pop-up with 3 people… a sweaty mini retreat, a beach class, a packed sculpt, a soundbath… this is for you. It’s my last pop-up before I head to Miami and I wanted this class to feel like me me. So I’m switching it up a little🙊 Still mat-based (don’t panic), still Pilates inspired… but now with a little yoga, a little barre, and a whole lotta sculpt (obviously). Basically a fusion of everything I’ve ever loved teaching. And of course… closing it out with 10-15 minutes of magic.
