I don’t know if it’s going to get any better. We can’t ignore that we have a mental health crisis on our hands. The rates of suicide are rapidly increasing and the question is how can we help those who are dealing with Depression and suicidal thoughts ? I have done some reading here and there but sometimes I feel so helpless. I pray and hope. I get sooooooooo angry when I hear that someone died by suicide.
