Recipe for the chicken 🛒 you’ll need 1 lbs of chicken thigh 3 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp of oysters sauce 2 tbsp of fish sauce or soy sauce 1 tsp of dark soy sauce for color 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tsp of coriander seed 1 tsp of black pepper seed 🥢 how 1. Combine all ingredients and marinated the chicken with the sauce for at least 30 mins in the fridge. 2. Cook in an Air fryer at 375 for 25-30 mins.
