@brutofficiel invited me to Cannes film festival this year for their mental health summit. I was honored to be there to talk about mental health and suicide prevention- breaking the stigma is so important!! I spoke to Brut about struggles with my own mental health that I have not spoken about publicly yet. Back in February I was struggling with my mental health, you couldn’t tell from what you saw on social media and I honestly didn’t realize myself until my mental health severely declined and I needed to reach out for help. Once I reached out for that help, I was told that I was dealing with high functioning depression and PTSD. Head over to @brutofficiel to watch the full video.
