Steak is a main character kind of dish... but the right sauce can steal the show on steak night. We love to pair steaks with bright sauces that cut through all the decadence.
We especially love our spicy ginger sauce that brings a little extra heat and flavor to the table. To make your own, char a yellow bell pepper until soft & the skin is blistered, then transfer to a bowl & cover; let sit, 10 mins. When the pepper is cool enough to touch, remove the stem, seeds & skin. Toss the prepared pepper into a blender with shallot, lime juice & zest, ginger, habanero & cayenne. While the motor is running, stream in 1⁄4 cup oil until smooth; season with salt & pepper.
