As part of the Merz #ConfidenceToBe initiative, we asked some of our employees to tell us what gives them confidence. The responses were so unique and personal, we had to find a way to preserve them. So what did we do? We shared their stories with a few artists and commissioned them to create one-of-a-kind paintings. Check out what North Carolina-based artist @CandyCarver came back with.
