For those of you who just discovered us on @goodmorningamerica this morning, allow me to introduce us! We opened our doors in the lower east side of #nyc 17 years ago before people knew how to pronounce gluten (“It’s glutton-free! It’s diet!” I recall one lady saying to a friend as they browsed). We are #vegan #glutenfree and #kosher (except our Santa Monica store) and we don’t use nuts (besides coconut) or soy.
