Mantra for the month : PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. Progress for me is all about coming back and meeting yourself where your at, rolling with all the tides of life and being kind through it all. Yes, we are amazing powerful beings, but we also need to rest and reset sometimes. Yoga always helps me find bit of both. Sometimes it’s stepping on my mat, but also sometimes practicing on the sofa. Calm is alwayyyyss a state of mind and and when the mind if soft and flexible so is the body. There’s lots of flows over on NTC to help you do just that; reset, begin again and find that inner zen.
