I love @anna.atthetable and @agathaswifty so much! Look at their adorable faces! Anna asked me to cook with her on her residency @landraceupstairs in Bath last night and it went like this. I trained as a chef and haven’t been behind the main stoves since 1998. I’ve been completely monogamous with desserts since then. But I was like why not I like cooking and I can do this ... right ... Fast forward to 4.45 and my poor little insides FREAKING the f out cause I wasn’t ready, customers coming in at 5.30 shit shit shit! Me blabbing on about why I don’t work on restaurants anymore lol! Of course we made it cause that’s how it goes! Service was SO fun. And we cooked a lovely comforting meal of dishes I love to cook that remind me of my brief but memorable savoury chef days! Anna asked me and I didn’t want to let her down and I think we f’n crushed it. Happy guests and happy chefs. I might do it again... or I might stick to staff lunch 😂 Thanks so much for having me and challenging me as a chef to do something different then my everyday Anna ❤️‍🔥 Dishes Oysters Rockerfeller Celery and fennel Victor Baked @westcombedairy ricotta with pan con tomate Quail parmi (nans sauce and @westcombedairy cheddar and mozzarella via @two.eight.seven Beans and pickled radishes Potato Scallops or cakes (depending where your from in aus) @warndu wild harvest wattleseed and hazelnut soft serve, honeycomb, malt crumb and wattleseed balsamic
