The pain is worth the reward ! In the gym and in life! I often cry in the gym when it burns , when it gets , when I feel like stopping. This is because the gym reminds me of my real life . I literally think “If I can make it through this work out I can make it through any obstacle in my life” . It’s literally just a choice . A choice to never give up , try harder and keep fighting .
