@blackdog_bbq grills up Buttermilk Ranch Marinated Chicken Skewers on our electric grill—flavor-packed, charred just right, and served with a cool dipping sauce. Recipe below. Ingredients – Marinade & Chicken: • 11⁄2 cups buttermilk • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise • 1⁄4 cup spicy ranch seasoning mix • 11⁄2 tbsp hot sauce • 11⁄2 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • Salt and black pepper, to taste • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch pieces Ingredients – Dipping Sauce: • 1⁄2 cup reserved marinade (before adding raw chicken) • 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt • 1 tbsp mayonnaise • 1⁄2 lime, juiced • Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Marinade: Whisk all marinade ingredients. Reserve 1⁄2 cup for the dipping sauce. 2. Marinate: Coat chicken in the remaining marinade. Chill for 1–4 hours. 3. Dipping Sauce: Combine reserved marinade with sour cream, mayo, lime juice, and salt. Refrigerate. 4. Grill: Preheat to 650°F (electric) or 500°F (gas). Oil grates. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill 10–12 min, turning until cooked through (165°F). Serve: Rest skewers 2–3 min. Serve with dipping sauce on the side. #currentgrill #fyp #chickenskewers
