I often don't wish for Fridays because to me, it's like wishing my life and its experiences away. So when work overwhelms me, this is what I step away to do. Working from home being a Content Creator sometimes blurs the lines of when to take a break because yes, I'm home, but I'm still working and then I'll look at the time and it's 2am and then I still feel like I'm not doing enough. So I'm trying to be better, when I start to feel irritable I know its time for me to take a break, be it 2 hours of reading or playing video games I know I'm doing something that bring me joy in that moment.
