🥭 This week's substack has a mango jasmine sorbet recipe and tips on making any fruit into a sorbet! Recently Desi Mangoes Shop dropped off a box of Rasalu and Banganapalle mangoes to my house. I've never had these two varieties before, but man, the Rasalu mangoes are top-tier! They are so sweet and juicy. You're supposed to roll the Rasalu mangoes between your hands and then suck the juice out, but don't be like me and get too overzealous with the rolling and squishing because it'll end up everywhere! The sorbet perfectly captured the fresh floral sweetness of these mangoes and it pairs so beautifully with jasmine tea!
