17 years at it with this bakery and I feel like it’s still as hard as day 1. I’m struggling to pay bills, struggling to be the leader I want to be, struggling to keep up with modern pressures businesses face these days with something like Instagram! Inflation, a possible recession coming up, rent, loans, equipment breaking, Covid and now monkey pox? Can I give up? I don’t want to, the NYC staff is amazing and I love this store! Happy anniversary NYC! What a crazy ride it’s been.
