heyyy you. Choking For A Year is out. feels weird to be grateful about a project that is so steeped in pain. After losing the ability to sing back in November of 2020, I genuinely didn’t think I’d be able to face the fear/ uncertainty of creating music while in pain. But over these past 19 months the truth I’ve found, for me, is hiding from fear is more painful than facing what shows up. It’s a gift to be where I am now, putting out music, generally free of pain and in love.
